In the Rensselaer area, several churches form a grouping known as the LCC (Local Catholic Communities). Every Sunday evening at 7pm, one of those parishes leads a Mass at St. Mary’s. Each time, St. Mary’s has a person on hand, known as the LCC Host. That person is a parishioner of St. Mary’s, and has the job of unlocking the doors, turning on the lights and sound system, and preparing the church for the Liturgy.
The Liturgy wouldn’t happen without our LCC Hosts, because the Faithful wouldn’t even be able to enter the building.
If you are interested in becoming an LCC Host, please contact Deacon Tim Kosto.
